Customer Success Manager Extraordinaire 

As Manager of Customer Experience at 55 Degrees, Margaux oversees many functions, including customer support, customer success, and partner success. She is committed to our goal of ensuring our customers feel confident in our efforts to support their success. 

 

As a CSM, Margaux organizes regular one-on-one sessions with customers to proactively address any questions or concerns and find personalized solutions that meet their unique needs and constraints. She is fluent in French and English and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers are satisfied and successful.
