We are in the process of updating our privacy policy!

To stay in line with recent rulings in accordance with GDPR, we are moving away from a single privacy policy to a set of targeted policies that help you better understand exactly how what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we used it based on where and how you interact with us.  

Our new privacy statement is below, followed by our pre-existing general privacy policy. It applies to situations for which we haven't linked to specific policies in the privacy statement. The general privacy policy will be deprecated once all of our privacy policies are completed.

55 Degrees AB (“we”) values our relationships with the customers of our training and consulting services, customers of our services, those who visit our website or social media as well as any suppliers or partners of ours. We process personal data about you as a representative of your company, for example, your work e-mail address.

We are working on creating individual policies for the situations below to provide detailed information regarding how we process your personal data in each specific situation. Until then, please see our general privacy policy immediately following this privacy statement

  • If you work for a company that uses our services, we process your personal data to enter into an agreement with your company and administrate our relationship, improve the service, handle your support matters, and comply with accounting legislation.

  • If you give your consent during your visit to our website, we process your personal data to improve the website and our services.

  • If you represent a potential customer, supplier or partner, we process your personal data to communicate with you and market our products and services to you.

  • If you represent our supplier or partner, we process your personal data to communicate with you and enter into an agreement with your company.

We take your privacy seriously. We never sell your personal data and we only let your personal data be handled by our employees in need of such access to conduct their work.

What Type of Information Do We Collect?

We process this data to operate our website and ensure relevant content is provided to you, to ensure the security of our website, to maintain back-ups of our website and/or databases, and to enable publication and administration of our website, other online services, and business. Our lawful ground for this processing is our legitimate interests which in this case are to enable us to properly administer our website and our business.

Where Do We Host And Process Your Information?

We may host and process information (which may include Personal Information), in Sweden and/or any other country (including through our affiliates and third parties we use to operate and manage the Sites, Products, and Services). You agree that we and our third-party service providers may move and process such information as reasonably necessary to operate our Sites, Products, and Services as may be required by applicable laws, rules, or regulations or by legal or governmental authority.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you.

What About Children's Privacy?


Our Sites, Products, and Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
